The Day Hiking Trip
Starts at 7:00 AM so we can beat a little bit of traffic. We will arrive at the Ancient Great Wall sometime around 9:00 AM. You will send 3-4 hours hiking and exploring the Great Wall and then we will have lunch at a small farm house. After that we will drive back to Beijing. Traffic permitting we hope to be back by 4:00 or 5:00 PM.
Itinerary:
6:45 AM: Meet at Xuanwumen (Line 2&4) Subway Stop Exit C
7:00 AM: Leave for Great Wall
9:00 AM: Arrive at Great Wall
9:00 AM-12:00 PM: Hiking and Exploring
12:00 PM-1:00 PM: Lunch
1:00 PM-3:00 PM: Return to Beijing.
The Two Day Camping Trips start in Beijing
We take a bus to a secluded section of the Great Wall north of the city. Once we arrive we will hike up a trail to the Great Wall, set up camp and have a barbecue during sunset. After the barbecue we hang around the campfire with our favorite beverage and then fall asleep on the Great Wall under the stars only to wake up in the morning to zip open our tents and see an amazing sunrise. After the sunrise we pack up camp and hike to a local village for a rustic breakfast in at a local farm. Then we take the bus back to Beijing.
Includes: Guide, Transportation, Tents, Sleeping Bags, Barbecue, Breakfast & Water (2 x 50cl bottles).

Itinerary
Day 1
11:15 am: Meet at the pick-up spot at Exit C Xuanwumen subway station (on Line 2&4)
11:30 am: Board our private bus and leave for the Great Wall.
1:30 – 2 pm: Arrive at the local farm village near the Great Wall for a snack before hiking the Wall.
3 pm: Hike up to the Great Wall
4 pm: Set up the camp site and take time to explore the Great Wall.
7:30 – 8 pm: Return to the camp and enjoy a great barbecue dinner (vegetarian option available) while taking in the magnificent sunset.
After dinner: Hang out around the campfire while enjoying some beers and sharing stories with the other campers
End of the night: Sleep on the Great Wall in your tent under the stars.
Day 2
5 am: Zip open your tent and enjoy the sunrise along the Great Wall- one of the most beautiful sunrises in China.
5:30 am: Fuel up on a high-energy snack before exploring some more of the Wall during the early morning.
7 am: Take down the campsite and hike back down to the village.
8 am: Arrive back down at the farm village for a rustic breakfast before returning to Beijing.
12 pm: Drop-off in central Beijing and say goodbye to your fellow campers.
